I am about to start IP alternatives and about to place an order. I have been on IP for 7 weeks and can't afford it anymore. Part of my confusion is what to order because I have yet to have any restricted items. My coach hasn't allowed this yet. I am ordering from Nashua nutrition and was thinking this would get me started:
Breakfast: Oatmeal/Omelette
Lunch: premiere pure protein shake from Costco/ chicken noodle soup/mint hot chocolate/liquid drink grape or kiwi melon/veggies
Dinner:meat/veggies
Snack: sour cream soy puffs/chocolate puffs/strawberry pudding/ caramel nut bar
Does this seem like a good balance or unrestricted/restricted items. Any other suggestions?
