Default Phase 3 help?

Does anyone know if it's ok to cook the fruit in the phase 3 breakfasts? As long as it's still just the fruit and nothing else? Or does that break down the sugars or something?

Thanks for your help!

Hey, look what I found:

I’ve heard that cooking fruit increases its sugar content. Is that true?

No, the sugar content doesn’t increase when fruit is cooked. However, during the cooking process, there is water loss, so you will have more fruit for a given volume. In other words, a half cup of cooked pears will contain more fruit than a half cup of raw pears.

So it looks like cooking fruit does not increase the sugar content. What were you thinking of making? I'm curious.
