The Rotini is unrestricted, so yes, you should be able to have it every day. It is a little on the higher carb end, like the oatmeal and chips (also unrestricted) so my coach advised if you have one of these daily, to make your other 2 packets a lower carb choice like the pudding, shake, gelatin, etc. This was just her suggestion as we tried to pinpoint what was causing my losses to be slow some weeks. But theoretically, unrestricted is unrestricted and having any 3 unrestricted items, or even 1 restricted and 2 unrestriced per day, is within protocol......
