I feel great
Day 8...I am sooooo happy I found this diet. The first week was hard: I was doing things like eating my kids foods off their finished plates, licking knives, without even thinking. I have since learned differently. I am happy because I have lost almost 5 pounds. I have discovered a new way of eating that I love (mmm ...shrimp and zuchinis with garlic, filet mignon ans sauteed mushrooms, porc tenderloin on the BBQ, etc) I have more energy, sleep better at night and just feel great!!!
For all you beginners...stick to the plan because it is soooo worth it!!
