I am having concerns....my breasts(right around the areola)have the feeling of waking up(you know how when your hand or arm or whatever falls asleep, then kinda tingles and feels like you're being stabbed with needles when it starts to come out of it?) That feeling.....not all the time, but it's weird. My nipples have also been extremely sore/sensative. Anyone else have these symptoms?

I haven't heard anyone mention anything like that. If it persists it could be worth a trip to the doctor. On the other hand, I wonder if it has something to do with extra estrogen in your system being released by your disappearing fat cells? I have heard of people having periods that haven't had them for a while.

no sorry, hasn;t the person who signed you up on this diet called you to check in? or maybe call him/her, mine called me so often in the first week I thought she was stalking me lol good luck, probably nothing but if she doesn;t know anything give your doc a call

I had very tender breasts before the diet, but that's gone away. It almost sounds hormonal. I would definitely check with a doctor, to be on the safe side. It may be nothing, but I wouldn't wait.
