Hey Calival, I'm from Saskatoon. :) I started IP 8/29/10 and have lost 50 lbs on the program. I've struggled with staying on plan recently, but know that this plan works and am getting back on the wagon!!!

Hi everyone, thanks for the "hello"s! My clinic is out of Oshun House as well, I have the best little coach in the world. Congrats to all the weight loss, this is so motivating! I have lost 12 pounds in 3 weeks, very happy to be continuing on. Have a great week everyone!

Hello everyone from Saskatoon/Saskatchewan. Nice to see you all on this site. I started IP on March 23, 2010. I have 50 lbs to lose. My clinic is Daysha's Wellness Clinic on Central Avenue. My first WI I lost 4 lbs. I was ecstatic...took me a year once to lose 20lbs on Weight Watchers. I am really enjoying the protocol. I know that I am eating a lot healthier than before and am feeling great....Look forward to sharing and supporting all of you:carrot:

Just popping in to say hi! Hope you all got a chance to enjoy the beautiful day we're having. Spring has been slowww in coming this year, but I don't mind. Just happy that when summer does finally get here, I'll be ready for it this time!!
