Wanting to wish my Saskatchewan girlfriends a wonderful weekend.
Keep warm!
I found my GRYOS salad dressing this week and I am anxious to try it out. I bought the Greek and the Mango.

What do you think of the mango dressing? I wasn't adventurous enough to buy it...

Laura G 06-06-2011 02:59 PM

I bought the gyro greek dressing - it is now in the garbage after ruining a perfectly good salad. It was horrid! (my opinion!)

I have been using the greek to marinate pork and chicken, that's about it!! If you add enough garlic it flavors the meat nicely.

I haven't tried it yet, but will let you know when I do. I wasn't crazy about the Greek, but will try it as a marinade and I think that should be good. I think that I did not like it because it is not as good as the one I usually use (which I love.... with feta cheese... I keep telling myself someday soon)

My typical dressing is oil, vinegar, and my salt, otherwise I would never get in my oil and salt!

Happy Sunday to you, too! It sure has been a weird day here in Saskatoon, weather-wise.

From your ticker, it looks like you're doing really well, congrats!!

Have to be at the airport bright & early tomorrow. Going to PEI with my daughter for a few days. I'm really excited, hoping I can be somewhat well-behaved with my eating, though. Only just into my second week on phase 4 & still working on finding the balance in my thinking about food.

Looks like it will be a beautiful week here in Sask. The way the weather has been I hate to miss it!

Have a great op week!

Kelly

Have a great trip! Don't worry about the forecast, you know it will rain every day no matter what the weatherman says! ;)

I finally tried the Mango dressing. It was good - much better than the Greek.

Good day to all my Saskatchewan IPers and of course everyone else. I am officially back after taking a planned break for the month of August. I have been stopping by the forum whenever I had a few minutes to keep me motivated. The advice and support on this forum is fabulous!!!

WI yesterday and scaled showed that I stayed the same as my last weight in. Real happy with that after 5 weeks of FOLKFEST and lots of vacationing/socializing.

Lost 35 lbs. the first round and am now back to finish up the rest of the journey.
Have a wonderful day all and don't forget the suncreeen...33 today...yipeee bring it on love love the heat.

Hi all! I'm new on here and just thought i'd say a quick hello to get acquainted. I just had my week 4 IP weigh in. I really like the program and the results but expected to be down more due to all the stories I've heard. Anyone have any suggestions to boost my loss? Does anyone have a coach they don't like?

nightprowler 09-12-2012 04:20 AM
