Howdy, y'all!.. I'm still not home, my dad has been in hospital for 2 weeks... he's coming home today so maybe my diet can get somewhat back to normal... eating in the hospital cafeteria just blew IP protocol all to pieces... by night, I didn't have the energy to cook a proper meal, so I just snacked... totally unexpected, though, is the fact that I've continued to drop inches... I can barely keep my jeans up!.. does that mean my pancreas has been successfully reset?.. or maybe it's just a coincidence... anyway, I'll be going back to MY home on Thursday, so it'll be Phase 1 bootcamp for a me for at least a week...

Missed you wonderful folks!.. thanks, Darbs, for the "Experienced" thread sequel...

hugs

Maybe the dropping of more weight/inches is stress. Relax and take care of yourself....I hope your dad is well.

But you should be very proud you have done very well and take a break and then come back in the fall when you feel fresh and ready. good luck to you and check in.

Mamadancer, you've done so well and come so far, and I totally understand.

Darbs, wow. 8 pounds! You're rocking it even with your planned cheats.

AvaLynn, I love the blonde hair! How's the coaching coming along?

I fiddle-farted around with cheese today, weekends are hard for me. I know it's weird and maybe crazy, but I love Mondays. :D

Thank you all for the support. :grouphug: This forum rocks and I will continue to lurk especially here and on the Life After thread. I may even occassionally pipe in with an opinion. ;) I told my coach that I was done today and she was also very supportive in telling me that I have done great and she is very pleased not only with the weight I have lost but with my whole attitude about food and healthy eating.

I know this is the best decision for me right now but I reserve the right to change my mind at any time in the future!

Thank you =)) Blonde is my natural color hehe!!
The coaching was fantastic but I quit with the clinic... just not interested in people who only do it for the money that's all. But on a happier note my wedding is just around the corner and I still havent got my dress!! (it's 9 weeks to the day to be exact!!)

How have things been for yourself??

Okay, I know that I don't post regularly but, I am having a moment. School is about 4 weeks out until finales so all my projects are becoming due. I don’t know if anyone can relate, but all the junk food that one eats preparing for late nights and finales are staring me down. Luckily the doughnuts that were talking to me today disappeared from the cafe on my second trip through to grab hot water for my drink. I am trying to keep busy, but it is getting hard. I think that with the knowledge of phasing off in 4weeks is making me weak. Well any way I am doing well for now. I know I can do this; I just have to keep telling myself that.

Okay, be strong....have coffee or tea with a little vanilla RTD...I have that to keep my cravings at bay. Did I miss something? You are phasing off in four weeks? I know what you mean....you just have to set a date and call it quits. In three weeks I have a planned cheat (April 15-20)....I hope that I am at my goal by then. Upon returning I will go back to phase I for 4 weeks or so and try to get below my goal as much as possible, but want to be on phase III by Memorial Day so that I can be on maintenance for the summer. Then I may tackle more weight in the fall (the low end of the weight range for my height is around 138 so I might go for that in the fall)....I think I will see a bunch of us back at it in the fall.

Has anyone heard from Kaarin? I haven't noticed any posts from her and was just wondering if anyone knows how she is doing.

Darbs, I will be going to Jamaica at the end of May, and I have about 9lbs to lose before I reach my 90% goal. I will hopefully be around 156lb by the time of my trip. After that I plan on working out this summer and toning up. Then if I still feel like I need to lose, I know how, and will do that this fall. I figuered my body will need a break and summer and camping is a perfect way to do that.

Sounds like we have a similar plan....I hope to end in the mid-150's sometime in May also. Yippppeeee for Jamica!

Alright ladies good morning and here's to a 100% day. Trying to recover from my cheats on Saturday (planned cheats).

I just told my hubby that having these planned cheats actually help me stay on plan very well for the 2-3 weeks in between. I have 2.5 more weeks ahead of me until the next cheat and I am hoping to lose about 3-5 pounds during that time.

amylew 03-30-2011 07:31 AM

Today is Day 10 of being back on plan. It is slow going, for sure. I finally dropped another pound after being stuck since last Friday.

I, too, am an "all or nothing" kind of person. Either I'm "on" my diet or "off," and when I'm off, look out.
