i'm taking a poll! i want to know how many of you have ever decided you just had to have a bite of something seriously OP.... maybe a cinnamon roll, brownie, whatever..... so you chomped into it, chewed and felt it all in your mouth, tasting the wonderful delight.... then suddenly realized you felt like some kind of weird perverted mad woman and spit it out like poison in the garbage?
anyone? (please dear lord let someone be in as bad of shape as i am! :dizzy:) could it possibly be like when bill clinton said ya, but i didn't inhale? :D |
Bra
The best way to look great is to purchase a new bra that fits, lifts, and separates. Often times we neglect this all important implement. Always try your clothes on over a new bra to make sure you're not doing the sausage roll jog bra look.

And that's saying something, as clothes that fit really make a difference in how you look. It's expensive to replace your wardrobe, especially when you're losing multiple sizes, but, I strongly recommend buying at least a few pieces that fit at every stage. Especially a bra that fits. :-) |
Losing Weight in Phase 2 and 3
For those of you who have gone into Phase 2 and 3, and continued to lose weight - how long did you stay in those phases? I assumed it was only two weeks in each, but I reread the docs and realized that that's the minimum. So, when you say you've lost weight in Phase 2 or 3, do you mean during those minimum two weeks, or are you staying there longer?

The Crazies
Another "is it just me?" question:
Do you find you make yourself crazy over whether or not the scale is moving? My mood and general state of mind these days is so dependent on what that number says. I drive myself and the people around me crazy when things are not progressing as fast as I'd like. I know I need to stop (I'm trying to start transitioning off asap, because I can't do this anymore) but I'm wondering if it's just me, or if this whole weight-loss process is as maddening to everyone else as it is to me. -Lisa |
