hi guys! i don't think boot camp is working out for me so well. i have followed it very strictly and only lost 1.8 lbs in the past week. that number is very low for me since i have not lost less than 3.5 to date (8 weeks). i might just be one of those people who need more carbs and calories to lose weight. i'm going to skip boot camp this week and see if my numbers improve. it they don't, i'll be back to BC next week.

Ok, I know I didn't post my diary for the week, but I did boot camp, and it really works. I didn't think having 1 restricted per day would slow my progress that much, but this week (WI#5) I lost 4 lbs and 3 + inches...

So thanks ladies and gents, I think I will try to not eat as many restricteds while I finish losing this last 29 lbs...

Wow- this is a great idea. And, i think it's just what i need to get me back on track. I'm starting today, and will end the day before I leave on a trip. Thanks for always motivating me. ;)

Don't know how to start a new thread, but posting my meals here for bootcamp starting Sunday, March 13.

Sunday, March 13 Weight -

Breakfast - crispy cereal
Lunch - choc drink (out and about), green salad with cuc, celery, and bell peppers, 2 tsp oil and vinegar, plus Arizona dreaming seasoning from Penzeys.
Dinner- grilled chicken with curry seasoning, steamed broc and cauli
Snack - choc drink
Water - 80 oz
Comments - Tough to watch hubby and kid eating cheeseburgers and fries, but I did it!

Monday, March 14 Weight - 193.5 (morning weight)

Breakfast - omelet, coffee
Lunch - tomato basil soup, 1 cup veg (cucumber and celery)
