I actually switched from the paper diary to www.************.com its really easy to use and helps keep track of your carbs. There is a free iphone app and once you create your profile you can update it via the app or from your computer. Check it out.
I have used Sparkpeople in the past. I may go that route.

I am just using my own little spreadsheet I made right now. I just started so I wanted to make sure I was getting everything in, not so much all the specifics of cals/carb/fat #s. I am staying away from restricteds right now and just sticking to RTDs until I get my pudding, pancakes and oatmeal at the end of the week.
You can also use dailyburn dot com. It has all the IP products plus many more. I just started using this yesterday, so I have not explored all the products extensively for accuracy. I hope I can continue to use this.
