Hey hello nice to see you toothgirl. Me too, I am always worried about bad breath when talking with patients. I havent noticed the bad breath though, and belive me I am paranoid about it lol. I have a lot of perio patients and god their breath is to die for lol. I dont want to smell like that at all. So far all I have is a dry mouth when I dont drink like for 30 or 40 mins. I try to drink after each patient, then pee, Good thing my chair is beside the toilette, boss doesnt know how often I go :carrot:
I had to change my supper and use the drinks. I get like 3 mins for supper and thats pushing it, so the drinks work alot better for me. I cut some celery and cucumber to grab inbetween. I work three evenings and one day, and meal times are non existant pretty much. |
We sell xpure gum at work, the xylitol gum we give to cancer patients with real bad dry mouth, so I grab one or two a night. Coach said no more then two a day.

Whole Cloves for fresh breath...
I used whole cloves to stop smoking many years ago and turns out that they make your breath smell pleasant. Just pop one in your mouth and keep it there 5-10 min--they keep the flavor longer than any gum and are 0/0/0.

We have a mixture of cloves at work, for dry socket (infection after wisdom tooth extraction) and it smells really nice, looks like chewing tobacco though lol
