Hey, I'm wondering if we have the same freaking coach...the secretary at the office does my weigh-in, sells me the food, and records my info. I absolutely insist on being measured by my coach because hers are off! I have to agree...sometimes it feels like a crapshoot on support. I haven't seen the actual coach since my sign-up date, but have seen his business partner, who seems to know what he's talking about and is super nice...but can't answer all my questions. Le Sigh.

Have a great IP week all.
That's fantastic! I love the way you're losing steadily. Keep it up!

I found this absolutely hilarious...read it as I was shaking up my little silver "packaged processed 'food-like' product," HA! Thanks for the laugh, and it's a good thing I wasn't drinking my coffee or it'd have been all over the monitor.

Would it be bad of me to cook what I can eat and let him know in a nice way that this how it is? I am not trying to sound harsh, but he would be just as happy eating a PB sandwich!
Eh. After 20+ years of marriage, you can be harsh! Haha, kidding. Sort of. He should understand that you're cooking, it's healthy, and as a grown man he can either eat it or fix himself something else. (Maybe this is one reason I'm going through a divorce??? Lol.)
Elissa! Welcome back, girlie! I've missed you. You can do this! Suck it up, princess, and jump back in feet first!

Some people are still hungry in ketosis. You've already tried the old "add a packet, eat an egg white" thing, haven't you? Sorry. I wonder how much protein is in a hand...can't have many carbs! Ha. And ew.

LOVE this...sometimes I have to start over a few times a day. So simple. So brilliant. Thanks!

The bridal shower is april 17th, I am hosting, I bought 2 tops I need to shrink to fit into..I am making the individual table decorations ( at every place setting) and those will be their favors..I'll take pics.. and yes, I am making the desert table too, that won't be a problem..
You are going to rock this WHOLE wedding! The bride may actually be mad at all the attention you steal. We have faith in you...make sure you do, too. Go for two sizes! Seriously...Mrs. D has been doing this for a little over 4 months and look at her progress! Check out all the "oldies" (if we're newbies, which I don't feel like I am anymore, lol, maybe middle-aged) and their progress pics, then see when they started. It helps me!
