I am currently on the ideal protein diet but it is becoming quite costly, has anyone tried " extend bars" or "keto" bars? I am searching for an alternative snack bar for on the go days, Thanks

Have you tried using alternative product instead of Ideal Protein? The alternative thread has several options. I often order from Nashua Nutrition because it is only $10-12 per box of 7 items and there are several just like IP. My mom has used them exclusively and lost 45-50 lb since October. There are several places to get vitamins at too.

I'm wondering if there is a reasonable substitute for the protein bars that is organic? We try very hard to eat 100% organic, but the shakes and bars are basically impossible to find in organic. Help!
