Does anyone that has been on the IP plan for awhile have one IP soup every day? Just was wondering if due to the sodium content if it affected your weight loss at all?
I was thinking of doing this as my "lunch" part every day but just dont know if I will be jeopardizing my weekly results. I am not having that "full" feeling from doing drinks at lunch. And yes I do my salad and 2 cups of veggies as well.
Just was wondering what worked and didnt work for everyone.
Soup is non restricted so you can have it everyday!!
I enjoy having a pudding or a drink for lunch because I don't have much time for lunch...I like quick and easy.
I have soup everyday, too. The water you should be drinking should help to combat the sodium. Also, I have other lower sodium things for breakfast (omelet or pudding mix with coffee).
I have had the chili every day since my 4th week and have continued to lose at a great rate..and it is a restricted item. Every person responds differently though so I would test it by doing a few days with and a few days without and see if there is a difference for you.
