Default the 4 phases

i know there are 4 phases to the IP diet. my question is what are the differences in the phases and when do you start to incorporate the fruits and other stuff again? i have only been on this diet for 10 weeks and i know i have a lot more to go but i just wanted to find more info on the 4 different phases. thanks so much for all your help.
