Cleansing - anyone do it
 

Hi, I'm new here. Started IP Jan 4. So far so good. Read ALL the IP threads - a ton of useful information there - thanks to all of you who have contributed for those of us who are new.

My questions is about cleansing. My coach had them on her shelf, I asked about it, and she said some people like to do a cleansing after a couple of weeks on IP. While IP does cause some cleansing this would be more....

Any experience with this?

I didn't use it. Ifigured that I'd save it in the event that I hit a weight loss plateau.

So I didn't realize there was a cleanse....I have been at the same weight for about 3 weeks....up 2 lbs, down 2 lbs. Ugh. I have not changed a thing in my diet. What does the cleanse entail? I ask, because I am doing this on my own, alternatively. Help?!
