Default what IP foods are the best? Need advice ASAP

I am ordering a 7 week supply on eBay -- still need to pay but got an email back to let me know I could put in a request to trade a few of my items/customize the order. I am going to switch out the cappuccinos (don't drink or ingest coffee of any kind) and the choc pudding (heard it is really GROSS.) Here is what I am getting now and please tell me the BEST things to switch to that I am not already getting:

14 choco soy puffs
14 choco drink
14 omelet cheese fine herbs
14 maple oatmeal
7 blueberry cran pomegranate drinks
7 cappuccino
7 chicken soup
7 mushroom soup
7 peach mango
7 pb
7 milk choc bars
7 pudding choc powder
7 pudding strawberry powder
7 hearty stew
7 chili
7 choc pancake muffin mix

Thanks in advance.

What I see right off the bat is that there are a LOT of restricted items on that list - restricted items you should be only having 1 a day and many coaches don't advise having them until the third week of the program. So for a 7 week supply, 49 items max should be restricted. I went through and bolded all of the items that are restricted items. If you like chocolate milk, I'd suggest getting more of the chocolate shake - it's great! The vanilla pudding mix is also excellent as a shake. Any of the shakes are permissible and are not restricted.

The strawberry pudding is great as a shake also. Just add more water until it's the consistency you want.

I could never get the pancakes to work.. so I'd swap that one out. There are a lot of restricted on the list.. I would get some Vanilla pudding, Rasberry Jelly, Wildberry Yogurt, orange drink, butterscotch pudding, and banana pudding are all great. As for the bars I like the vanilla peanut, caramel nut, and cran-granata bars. I'm not sure what the PB and milk choc bars are?? The oatmeal is really good as are the chocolate soy puffs....

You don't have any crepes listed. They are also a restricted item but one of the most versatile. You can make them as pancakes, use them as a tortilla shell for sandwich rolls, make them into crackers, etc. I would swap out the choc. pancake mix for them. Also, get more pudding mixes and maybe a raspberry gelatin.

I liked the chocolate pancake mix made as muffins
Wildberry yogurt is my favorite drink
Regular soy puffs are great in a salad for some crunch
BBQ ridges are a great treat to take to the movies to replace the movie popcorn!
I lost 60 lbs with IP, maintaining now. The above packets are the ones I still like to keep on hand!

Bethilda 1.
I agree with the other members--you have too many restricted choices. See if you can get:
crispy cereal (mix in a little cinnamon with it)
All puddings are good...add pumpkin spice mix to butterscotch pudding, layer choc. pudding & vanilla pudding for a parfaitt
Juices-pink lemonade is like the real stuff
Soups-taste like Campbell's soup. Add required veggies to soups...Makes a hearty lunch when added to salad.

Good luck and welcome aboard.
