I have been on IP for 12 weeks now. I love it. My best advice is if you get hungry don't stress about it.......... have a salad, just lettuce. I eat my salad when I am ungry between meals. The have my meal. If I am not hungry between meals then I have my salad with my meal. That has been a life saver for me.

Welcome and enjoy the journey to a 'new' you. This diet works and is worth it for all the health benefits it brings. Results are quick and consistent and I am one of the 'slower' losers on this board.

Wow.... I am so excited about this site. I am glad I found it..I am going for my first consultation on January 5th and I am pumped to start. I am looking forward to checking in and reading about everyone's journey as I travel my own road.
