So, this morning I decided to try on my wedding dress just for kicks, got married 7 months ago, and look at this! I could barely get the dress zipped on my wedding day, now it won't even stay on! Totally made my day The first one is from today (sorry for the poor image quality!) and the other two are from my wedding day.

Well, I'm glad I could inspire you I'd been getting a little down lately because I've followed the diet 100%, yet my weight loss is just plugging along... I'm not a patient person and want instant gratification but looking at pics like this help keep me motivated and happy with the progress I've made so far!

Be patient! Remember the closer you get to YOUR ideal body weight/ fat the harder it is to lose.

ALSO, you are smaller so, any amount you lose represents a greater percent of body weight. It is natural to have our numbers slow down as we get closer to our end point.

The inches should keep slipping off though!

How funny - I was just thinking about this same thing yesterday. When I tried on my dress today, it fit better than the day that I wore it the first time. In another couple of weeks, it will be too big. :-)
