Default Christmas came a day late for me!!
... as of this morning I've lost 100lbs!!! The first 44 lbs took over a year of white knuckling different diets. The last 56 lbs is melting off quite easily with Ideal Protein.. I love love love this plan!

Congratulations! I am also on IP and love this program. It is the easiest diet I have ever been on and am not hungry, sleep better, have lots of energy and am overall....happier. Keep at it! 100lbs is (in the words of my 12 year old) EPIC!

Thanks everyone! I'm down to a size 16 jeans but already they are getting a bit roomy... I haven't been in size 14 jeans since high school!!! Yay!!
