Daily Accountability/Recommitment Thread

  • I am going to start posting my daily goals and food log for awhile to help me get back on track. I would love for others to join me. So my goals for tomorrow 11-6 are:

    Drink water only-no diet coke
    To follow the IP protocol exactly-no cheats
    Have a positive attitude and believe in myself

    Log all of my meals here
    Breakfast-
    Lunch-
    Dinner-
    Snack-

    Drink at least 8 cups of water and extra to make up for coffee/tea
    To follow the IP protocol exactly-no cheats
    Have a positive attitude and believe in myself (very important)
    Be there for my mom today and trust in God's will

    Breakfast: coffee, double chocolate pudding
    Lunch:
    Dinner:
    Water:1,2
    Exercise: Stationary Bike 30 minutes
