Throwing my hat in the ring-
Week 1- 240 lbs. Size 18 (somewhat tighter) pants, and 2X or XL shirts- depending. 19 weeks later- 188.8 lbs. Size 14 (somewhat loose) pants and L shirts. Bra-----well, I am still wearing a 36DD, but I should probably break down and get a smaller size....I am constantly pulling the sides down because they are digging into my armpits! also :) I went yesterday and bought a pair of 11/12 skinny jeans (slight muffintop- but nothing that a couple of weeks won't fix!)!!!!!!!!! |
16 weeks in and feeling great, I got to go shopping.
Started at 246.8 and size 20 that were tight. Now I am at 195 and size 14 pants and most large tops. Bra size down to a 34 F from a 38 DD. I hope to be back here soon updating sizes. :-) but in the mean time it feels good to be were I am at. |

I am 5'2"...I was 159.8 & a tight size 12 when I started following the Metabolism Miracle plan & lost 12/13 pounds.
Started IP at 146.4 and am now 140.4 & wearing 10s and some 8s...my size 10/medium shirts seem rather baggy now. I am a 36D bra but that seems a bit baggy! The biggest loss has been in my feet...my shoes are all big...usually wear a 7...just bought 2 pair of size 6 shoes. (I wish I was losing quicker but it's not happening) |

You guys must either be having a blast reading these, or you've all gotten up and run for the hills.....:fr: |
Great numbers everyone, just what I needed to read today!:D
I started IP 4/19 16MT (muffintop) pants XXL tops and-the event that threw me over the top--I went to get fitted for a new bra and walked out with a 38F. I didn't even know they came that big. Considering I'm 5-3, that was a lot of extra baggage. I moved into Phase 4 at the end of August 8juniors pants M-L tops 34D bra size I've maintained and stayed exactly where I was (measurements and weight) for 4 months. My DH and I are going back on Phase 1 on Thursday. I've decided to see if I take of 10 more pounds if it will come off my waist and top (pretty much nothing left on my backside, sadly!). |

Not sure when I last updated my sizes
Started 9/13 size 18 pants and XXL or 1X tops I am currently a size 10 pants everywhere...every store (trust me I tried about 35 stores so far...my credit cards will attest to it) I am putting on 8's as of 2/5/11 I am wearing about 80% of my tops and jackets a size medium, some are large. I bought 3 dresses yesterday at several different stores size 12 Bra started at 42 DDD (probably needed a bigger size) bra is currently 38C The thing about this diet is you shrink...I can't believe I am wearing these clothes at my weight...very weird. |
Bump, bumpity, bump, bump, bump...for those of us trying to figure out sizing and styles!
|
Bumpety bump once again. I too am trying to figure out sizes. :D
|
I haven't really changed much yet... Although I have noticed my "booty short" undies are looking a bit more shapely!!! =)
|
Size 14's were tight when I began IP. Now they are getting baggy and finding a few 12's to wear that were still in my closet. And I agree there is a difference in this weight loss. Clothes seem baggier this go around at this weight.
|
When I started IP in May of 2010 I was 301 and wearing a snug W28 pants and 2X tops. Yes, i have an hour glass figure, just all the sand has shifted to the bottom :). I am now in comfortable 14 pant and M to L shirt depending on style and so on. I am holding off buying more clothes but I like to go into different stores to see where I am at. I love that I can go into almost any store and try on clothes.

Wow Addy ~ you are a good role model for me. I was in 24 pants and now I'm down to 20 or 24 but still have so far to go. Oh, I would LOVE to be a size 14!!! I could buy anything from any store then!!! *sigh* Good you YOU Addy.

Thank you Rhonda :), You are doing great and will be there in no time!
Belts and sales will be your new best friend ;) Keep up the great work, Ronda (Addy) |
