Throwing my hat in the ring-

Week 1-
240 lbs. Size 18 (somewhat tighter) pants, and 2X or XL shirts- depending.

19 weeks later-
188.8 lbs. Size 14 (somewhat loose) pants and L shirts.

Bra-----well, I am still wearing a 36DD, but I should probably break down and get a smaller size....I am constantly pulling the sides down because they are digging into my armpits!

also :) I went yesterday and bought a pair of 11/12 skinny jeans (slight muffintop- but nothing that a couple of weeks won't fix!)!!!!!!!!!

16 weeks in and feeling great, I got to go shopping.

Started at 246.8 and size 20 that were tight.
Now I am at 195 and size 14 pants and most large tops.
Bra size down to a 34 F from a 38 DD.

I hope to be back here soon updating sizes. :-) but in the mean time it feels good to be were I am at.

Don't you LOVE being able to say that and know that it's true? I do. I bought jeans before Christmas that I could button and zip but had a major muffin top in and now they're perfect!

I am 5'2"...I was 159.8 & a tight size 12 when I started following the Metabolism Miracle plan & lost 12/13 pounds.

Started IP at 146.4 and am now 140.4 & wearing 10s and some 8s...my size 10/medium shirts seem rather baggy now.

I am a 36D bra but that seems a bit baggy!

The biggest loss has been in my feet...my shoes are all big...usually wear a 7...just bought 2 pair of size 6 shoes.

(I wish I was losing quicker but it's not happening)

I started on Oct 24th at 162 lbs.,size 12 pants and mostly XL tops. 38D on top (was probably hedging towards a 40 but never "went" there :0)
I'm now wearing (at 135lbs) a med. top and size 6 or 8 pants depending on the cut and if they're petite or not. I tend to buy larger in petite.
I haven't bought a new bra and need one for sure, but I would imagine I'm back to a 36C.
I"ll keep you posted. :D

So...checked the bra size at Macy's. 36D, not C, but that's just fine with me. The "girls" have gone South a bit, but thank G-d they are healthy and that's what matter most to me. A little weight lifting will perk them up a bit.

You guys must either be having a blast reading these, or you've all gotten up and run for the hills.....:fr:

Great numbers everyone, just what I needed to read today!:D

I started IP 4/19
16MT (muffintop) pants
XXL tops
and-the event that threw me over the top--I went to get fitted for a new bra and walked out with a 38F. I didn't even know they came that big. Considering I'm 5-3, that was a lot of extra baggage.
I moved into Phase 4 at the end of August
8juniors pants
M-L tops
34D bra size
I've maintained and stayed exactly where I was (measurements and weight) for 4 months. My DH and I are going back on Phase 1 on Thursday. I've decided to see if I take of 10 more pounds if it will come off my waist and top (pretty much nothing left on my backside, sadly!).

Wow Rocky quite an achievement and so encouraging (I have a ways to go)!

Not sure when I last updated my sizes

Started 9/13 size 18 pants and XXL or 1X tops

I am currently a size 10 pants everywhere...every store (trust me I tried about 35 stores so far...my credit cards will attest to it) I am putting on 8's as of 2/5/11

I am wearing about 80% of my tops and jackets a size medium, some are large.

I bought 3 dresses yesterday at several different stores size 12

Bra started at 42 DDD (probably needed a bigger size)

bra is currently 38C

The thing about this diet is you shrink...I can't believe I am wearing these clothes at my weight...very weird.

Bump, bumpity, bump, bump, bump...for those of us trying to figure out sizing and styles!

kaarin 02-05-2011 10:39 AM

Bumpety bump once again. I too am trying to figure out sizes. :D

whisperingshouts 02-05-2011 07:26 PM

I haven't really changed much yet... Although I have noticed my "booty short" undies are looking a bit more shapely!!! =)

rhondalynny 02-05-2011 09:46 PM

Size 14's were tight when I began IP. Now they are getting baggy and finding a few 12's to wear that were still in my closet. And I agree there is a difference in this weight loss. Clothes seem baggier this go around at this weight.

When I started IP in May of 2010 I was 301 and wearing a snug W28 pants and 2X tops. Yes, i have an hour glass figure, just all the sand has shifted to the bottom :). I am now in comfortable 14 pant and M to L shirt depending on style and so on. I am holding off buying more clothes but I like to go into different stores to see where I am at. I love that I can go into almost any store and try on clothes.

RhondaLynn 02-06-2011 02:42 PM

Wow Addy ~ you are a good role model for me. I was in 24 pants and now I'm down to 20 or 24 but still have so far to go. Oh, I would LOVE to be a size 14!!! I could buy anything from any store then!!! *sigh* Good you YOU Addy.

Addy 02-07-2011 12:53 AM

Thank you Rhonda :), You are doing great and will be there in no time!
Belts and sales will be your new best friend ;)

Keep up the great work,

Ronda (Addy)
