I posted my updated "week 1" weight in the weight thread on Saturday, but it hasn't been added to the spreadsheet. Is that something I'm supposed to do, or does someone maintain the numbers for us?
thanks! :) |

struggling
I just posted my weekly weight. I have been struggling the past two weeks with small cheats and not being in ketosis. I hope I am back on track and had a good two days this weekend. Just need to get my body back in the routine and out of the craving mode. That is why I love ketosis....all those cravings go away!
Hoping for a good week. At least I am down one pound from the start. Happy IP week!! |
Jounerysend,
Thanks for starting this thread. This keeps me on track! |

Mimi??? No. :p Just think of the calories burned in having to type out all of those letters in my screen name... Yes, my weight loss journey is nearing an end. Yippee!!!! I'm finding myself thinking often of maintenance and transitioning into the next phases. I'm thinking of starting phase II near the end of October. Right now though, I know I'm still not "there" in regards to where I want to be size wise. Not sure of what "there" feels like as I haven't been this weight in I don't know how long. College probably. Before gaining enough weight for an entire person, I would float between 142 - 150 and was comfortable at that weight. I don't want to be "comfortable." I want to be happy with my weight and proud of the way I look and feel! So.... I'll be sticking to Phase I for a few more weeks and then phasing off. I'll have a better idea where I'm at by mid-October. With the holidays approaching, I want to be prepared and think phasing off properly and then doing a phase I boot camp in January might be a possible scenario. Don't really know... for now though I'm just glad with my progress and love how my body feels. |
