Thanks so much, JourneysEnd, for starting this challenge! This final 20, if I can make it, should take me to my goal! Here's hoping I'm successful!
Sept 7 - 190.1 Sept 14 - 185.5 (-4.6 lbs) Sept 21 - 182.5 (-3 lbs for week, -7.6 lbs overall) - OMG! It's Sept 24th, and I've passed into the 170's!!! - 179.1! Sept 28 - 178.3 (-4.2 lbs for week, -10.4 overall) Oct 5 - 179.7 (+1.6 lbs. WTF? for week, -10.4 overall) - how can I weigh 0.6 *more* than 11 days ago?!? Oct 12 - 175.6 (-4.1 lbs for week, -14.5 overall) Oct 19 - 173.5 - (-2.1 lbs for week, -16.6 overall) - darn it, I want to make it! But I keep "tiny no carb cheating"... but I worked out for 90 mins today, so... Oct 26 - 168.8 (-4.7 lbs for week, -21.3 overall) - I made it! Now to just hold it here (or lose more) for the next 5 days... Oct 31 - hopefully at 170!!!!! |
