I too have noticed if I don't get enough salt I get very dizzy. As a matter of fact, it happened twice yesterday. You'd think I'd learn by now I have to use salt. It was somewhat of a challenge for me as I come from a family that doesn't use salt on anything because both my parents have high blood pressure. So, I still forget every now and then to use some and end up feeling like this :dizzy:

Well, first of all, 2.4 lbs a week is awesome!! I'd say if you are following the protocol and not cheating, then that is the rate at which your body is meant to lose. Everyone is different. It looks like you have lost almost 30 lbs, fabulous!

Keep up the good work!!!:carrot:

Good morning!!!- Just read all the pages I missed and was surprized to see this post wasn't closed since it's a new day...so I'll post quick..

I have to have about 1 and a half teaspoons of salt NOT to get dizzy/lightheaded.. my coach insisted and wow what a difference.. I am sure as I get smaller my body will require less.. GREAT losses everyone!

Hi ladies

I have been MIA for a few weeks as our wedding preparation has kicked into high gear and I made the decision to stop IP so I could enjoy it all. I survived my shower, stag and last week's bachlorette and in one month since being off IP i gained only 2 pounds and with the amount of alcohol et that was consumed I am happy

I am coming back on IP on Sunday to purge the remaining carbs and water weight that are lingering. The wedding is in 28 days and I plan to look smoking hot. My final fitting is in two weeks so Im exciting to see myself in the dress aftr losing another 23 pounds since originally purchasing it :)

Im playing catch up with all of the posts so my shouts outs will follow!

I have missed you all! :)
