Thank you!! Now I have to figure out how to not be a victim to the scale! :D
I have to some how force myself to stay off of the scale until weigh in day b/c it's not budging right now and it's frustrating, but at the same time I know that I am eating right and shrinking! |
Dont worry, just keep doing what you're doing and the lbs will disappear. That's the great thing about this diet, losing weight is inevitable as long as you do what you're supposed to do! Congrats on the weight loss:carrot:

I weighed in today too and lost 4.2. What a big difference it makes not eating carbs. It seems like the weight just falls off. I have never lost this much in two weeks. Like to lose another 10. Hopefully I can by September 4th-My big 40! Have a great week!

I've lost 12.8 lbs in my first two weeks, but less than an inch total overall (arm, chest, waist, hips, thigh). Is there a trick to losing inches as fast as weight??? Congrats everyone on your losses this week, whether pounds or inches! :)

Congrats to you. :D This is my first week too and I haven't finished a full week yet, but yesterday during my weigh in I was down 9 pounds already!
