Thank you!! Now I have to figure out how to not be a victim to the scale! :D
I have to some how force myself to stay off of the scale until weigh in day b/c it's not budging right now and it's frustrating, but at the same time I know that I am eating right and shrinking!

Dont worry, just keep doing what you're doing and the lbs will disappear. That's the great thing about this diet, losing weight is inevitable as long as you do what you're supposed to do! Congrats on the weight loss:carrot:
My first weigh in is tomorrow and I'm excited! I def lost something! By the way everyone, I have never seen a more supportive group of people. You guys are awesome!

I had a big week my first week, too. I was not prepared for my second week when I only lost 1.2#'s. It makes sense, but no one prepared me. The following week was great though. Keep up the great work and remember the goal.:wave:

Thanks Rosemary! I just weighed in today for week 2 and lost 2lbs. Not as much as last week, but it's still 2lbs gone which I am very excited about! I have tried so many different diets in the past and I would have never lost 12 lbs in 14 days on any of them plus actually enjoy the food! I can't wait to see what this weeks brings for all of us!! :D

I weighed in today too and lost 4.2. What a big difference it makes not eating carbs. It seems like the weight just falls off. I have never lost this much in two weeks. Like to lose another 10. Hopefully I can by September 4th-My big 40! Have a great week!

I've lost 12.8 lbs in my first two weeks, but less than an inch total overall (arm, chest, waist, hips, thigh). Is there a trick to losing inches as fast as weight??? Congrats everyone on your losses this week, whether pounds or inches! :)
