Hello everyone!!

It will be a week tomorrow since I started Ideal Protein and just a few days since I joined 3 Fat Chicks. I just thought I'd say hello to everyone.

I'm not sure how much I weigh and I don't really care either. I would just like to see my clothes a much smaller size and that they fit properly with no jiggly bits sticking out or hanging over.

You all are so very nice and supportive of each other and I really need that at times even if its just to read encouraging words meant for someone else. A few words can go a really long way.

I do have something very nice to report since starting though...I used to take a prilosec every morning because sometimes heartburn/acid reflux was so bad I wanted to die. Well, I forgot to take it about 3 days after starting and I have no heartburn!!! I am so happy about that.

So, thank you for letting me join in.

Just out of curiosity, are you going to a coach every week? or are you doing it on your own, and if so where are you getting your products?

Congrats on the acid reflux being gone! I have gastreoeshophagal reflux disease. After some serious pain and a trip to Urgent Care saturday, turns out I HAVE to reduce my prescriptions for it because the diet is curing me It's great not wanting to throw up everytime you eat, huh??
