
I know just how amazing this diet is.
My mother-in-law has lost 80lbs within the last seven months, and not only is she the thinnest she has been in years but her blood work keeps coming back showing better and better results.
My sister-in-law has started a modified IP diet and she's lost about 50lbs since starting in January.
My IP start diet has also coincided with my boyfriend's start date for his 5k training routine. So I'll be combining this diet with exercise and I can't wait for my first weigh in!
I've heard the first few days will be the hardest but I've been reading this forum for a few months now and I know you guys are going to be best support I can get online!

Hopefully my optimism doesn't burn out on me!
