Today is the official starting date for my IP diet :)

I know just how amazing this diet is.

My mother-in-law has lost 80lbs within the last seven months, and not only is she the thinnest she has been in years but her blood work keeps coming back showing better and better results.

My sister-in-law has started a modified IP diet and she's lost about 50lbs since starting in January.

My IP start diet has also coincided with my boyfriend's start date for his 5k training routine. So I'll be combining this diet with exercise and I can't wait for my first weigh in!


I've heard the first few days will be the hardest but I've been reading this forum for a few months now and I know you guys are going to be best support I can get online! :)

Hopefully my optimism doesn't burn out on me!

Aloha Wimzors! I am in same boat. 3 family members who had been clinically obese ALL THEIR LIVES, are now slim & healthy! I am so excited and just feel so positive & motivated by this program.
My mom & Aunt started with me and lost 4 lbs & 10 lbs! Mom wh) lost 4lbs lost 10 inches!!! And Aunt lost 12 inches. Right out the gate. Can't wait for my weigh in next week.
This place has been awesome for me too with great info & tricks to stay on track. I am also new.Congratulations!

Welcome Mimzors! Wow, your family has had great results! I am also new, and yes the first days were rough, but it will be worth it!

I'm barely through my first day and it has been such a rough day! But you're right it will be worth it!
