thanks doxi and dk! doxi, i never would have posted the bikini pics or the sports bra pics before, but i feel my confidence rising and one day may post the befores and afters on facebook for all my friends to see( alot of people are interested in what i'm doing and want the befores and afters). i'm terribly embarrassed how much i let myself go after my kids were born and the before shot:(. eli, what the best way to get rid of the last of my mommy pooch? i know you cannot spot lose, but what can i do to make ABS OF STEEL?:lol::lol:(in an arnold voice of course)

I am so totally amazed at the transformation of all of you ladies. It gives me hope and made me drink another glass of water. I like to see how close you all are going through this together. It is such a wonderful support group.

I assume that some of you have jobs and don't exercise 5 hours a day. But it looks like you do. Great results
