Ha! The after photos are mocha shakes from New Lifestyle. Haven't done a Phase 4 Margarita yet!

Funny, my sister pointed out that there is more space between us in the photos... though I believe there is very little space between us at all. :D

Still wish we could have a Progress Photos Only thread and refer our congratulations to the posters on the Daily Thread. It would be wonderful to just see the pictures....they speak for themselves and inspire both Newbies and those of us who still have weight to lose.

Hope I'm not the only one who feels this way. I suggested this on our Daily Thread yesterday, but no one gave an opinion.

Sorry, I'm not on the IP diet, but I just wanted to address this since someone mentioned not knowing how to pull them apart.

On the forum I moderate for, there is an option to remove posts from a thread and place them into another thread. That might be something that can be done here if people want it done. ;)
