The Walden Farms products are even slightly cheaper (by a few cents $3.77 per item) on this site:

I just threw out my WF Honey Dijon salad dressing. I couldn't get it to taste like anything other than nasty. :( I hate throwing stuff away...it's money down the drain.

I'm with you on this - I can't choke it down. I keep thinking it will get better, but it never does.

Anyone try the Alfredo? Any suggestions?

Thank you for this info. I check up on the other details. WF price 4.99 per unit with 8.95 shipping (in the states). Netrition is 3.79 per unit with 4.95 shipping. Big difference.

I use the Alfredo sauce. Broiled chicken with italian seasoning. Zucchini cut in long shoestings sauteed in EVOO. Combine and top with Alfredo. Yum.

My BF asked if he could try my WF marshmallow cream. Fine with me, but I wasn't watching him. I turn around and he has half the jar on top of his apple pie! Well, he liked it, but after he found out that he put $2 worth of WF on his pie he said he would be more careful next time. Hehe.

I have tried the honey mustard dressing and it was HORRIBLE. It was so bad, I couldn't even finish my salad. Since that experience, I have been reluctant to try any flavors. Although the chocolate and barbecue sauces sound good. Does anyone like those?

The barbecue sauces are good. As well as the pancake syrup. Those are the only things I can tolerate from WF. I haven't bought the chocolate sauce because I'm tired of wasting money on WF. I think my running total is at about $50 poured down the drain trying to find a salad dressing I like. Needless to say, I haven't found one that doesn't taste like feet and I'm tired of trying.

I like the chocolate syrup and the barbque sauce. Hate the ketchp, didn't mind the salad dressings, but since I started to make Raspberry Vinegarette Dressing that is all i use. I use the thousand island dressing when I make "Big Mac in a Bowl" (check the recipe thread)

Mel, it's a made with the IP Raspberry Jelly packet. That should help you find it. Ah, shoot, here's the link.

I really can't stand the ketchup. I buy the reduced sugar Heinz ketchup from wal-mart (made with splenda) and count it as one of my occasional veggies (tomatoes) for the week. It really makes having a grilled burger MUCH more interesting (cover it in yellow mustard and mix in the ketchup, looks gross but tastes so yum!). I'm down to only using the chocolate, strawberry and pancake syrups, occasionally the raspberry and balsamic viniagrette dressings and the mayo (sparingly) for egg salad. Tried the creamy bacon dressing and couldn't stand it. So meanwhile, in my fridge is the ketchup, barbecue sauce, honey mustard dressing, peanut butter (which i'll occasionally add to a shake), caramel sauce, and raspberry jelly (SO GROSS! tastes like cough syrup).

Sandy,

I haven't tried that, but i will! I'm officially hooked on my peanut butter/chocolate shake. Just finished it and it might be my new favorite. I have to start experimenting with the dressings. I've been living off the one i make with the IP raspberry jello, which is soooo good. I just don't want to get sick of it. I'm also afraid i'm eating too much WF stuff in a day. I'm only having a tablespoon at a time, but once or twice throughout the day. Does that matter?

I just got the WF peanut Spread and you're encouraging me to try this! Thanks!

So glad this thread was brought to the first page of the IP site. I went hog-wild buying WF when I heard it was 'legal' on IP. Gotta say, I'm so happy the husband eats almost anything (in this situation), because I haven't liked most WF items - even though they are calorie free. A year or so ago I bought the alfredo sauce and thought it was okay tasting but the whole idea that it was 'calorie free' freaked me out - so I tossed it. Now I've spent 10x that on just the hope to get a great flavor:-)

I ordered the chocolate and marsh m. spread/whips on netrition.com because they aren't available locally. Alone - a bit gross, but frozen w/sugar free syrup, as suggested by someone on this site, pretty darn good. I just froze more tonight:-)

The most important thing I've learned here is that there are so many many varied tastes out there - it's 'almost' impossible for me to judge an IP or WF product by the review of other people (even if they are my favorite reads on the site).

But - if it weren't for those reviews, I would have no idea Chocolate WF syrup existed (haven't found it locally yet!!) or the chocolate/marsh m./syrup frozen cubes that I'm itching for now!

I have WF strawberry spread/jam saved up for this weekend! I hope it's good...
