hello! I'm so impressed by the amount of information and support on this site!
I am new to IP and i am a little concerned with the amount of calories on a daily basis. They say 1200 is the minimum for optimal health...I am fightinh to eat this many with upping my lettuce and veggie intake... Any advice? |

I am hoping for some weight loss at my first weigh in tonight but i'm still feeling sugar cravings. I have two young boys (3 and 5) and I've always made the effort to make everything from scratch. This week alone I have to overcome double chocolate pecans cookies, smoothies, and banana pancakes.
it's tough *sigh* I have no idea if ketosis has set in and if I am on my way After reading some of the threads I'll make sure to be more strict with my veggies. thanks for you response! |

Okay guys, I am having a hard time finding out if Bragg's Liquid Aminos are allowed. It's basically like a soy sauce. Anyone know? If so, how much per day? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
