A shame, because I used it a lot when I first started ordering. We could start a new one. It wasn't that difficult, just time consuming.

You might post this on the daily thread and see if anyone saved it to their local computer... and could repost it. Just a thought.

I know this is an old post, but for those who are concern by the money factor, I am using products that are less expensive and have same nutriments than IP, so I wanted to tell this other possibility.
The products are protidiet, I am from Canada so I know a website for the region here. But if you search on google you can find it.
And by the way the products taste good too. :)

So I'm thinking of switching to all alternative products and just bought some RTD EAS drinks yesterday. I definitely think that the IP ones taste better (chocolate). Does anyone recommend a different brand? I'd be good with the powder kind too.
I just ordered some stuff from Nashua Nutrition. I'm excited to try new products and will hopefully make the switch in the next few weeks. It's getting to be too expensive and if I can do it for less, I'm going to.

I have it, (if I'm thinking of the right one)! There are a few new products missing but it's a great tool!

I have been on IP for 4 weeks, down 15 lbs, but the cost is really becoming an issue. I want to use alternative products too, but in Canada, I can't find EAS AdvantEdge Carb Control RTD. I can only find to order online and it is crazy expensive shipping costs. Anyone know?? I have reviewed Atkins (my friend uses those as her alternative) but the sugar/fat seems high. Any other suggestions for Canadians?? I know I can order lots of stuff online, but don't want to order a 24 pack of something then find out I don't like it ;) Would rather go to a store to "taste test". Thanks for the help!!!

I am new but thought I'd share. I'm doing IP, my husband is doing it too with alternative products. Today I found some ready to serve Weider Pure Pro chocolate shake in a can at No Frills. They come in a 4 pack for just over $11.00. They're 170 calories, 0.5 g fat, 7 g carbs, and a whopping 35 g protein! They taste pretty good.

I know, I tried to find the EAS drinks & couldn't. In my second week I started using the IP vanilla RTD in my coffee (one drink spread out over my 3 cups of coffee in the morning has been my breakfast for 8 weeks now). At 4.50 or whatever it worked out to per drink, I only bought them once! When I couldn't find the EAS drink, i bought Isoflex RTDs at Walmart & have been using them since my 3rd week. They are 12.97 for 4, and at 30g protein, 1 g sugar, & 7 g fat, are a little more concentrated than IP, so you have to adjust for that, but they're really creamy & taste great in my coffee. I don't know how they would be to just drink, possibly too sweet, but maybe the chocolate would be better.

My husband & 2 of my sons have been doing IP with alternative products and are using powder from GNC (EAS 100% Whey Protein, 23g protein, 3g carbs), and are having amazing success, and costs about 50 cents per serving! They use the shake powder during the day and I buy IP snacks for evening snack to alleviate boredom, and it's working great.

Hope some of this helps!

The original spreadsheet had 6 tabs on the bottom...one for just IP products, Nashua, Lindora, Proti, Doc's Best, etc. Juiceman, your document has them all on one page...I'll do some searching again.

Edit:
ha ha ha....try this!!!!!!! I hope it opens, I found it!!!!

Hi there, I saw your post regarding protidiet. Are you ordering from a Canadian website? If so which one? I have ordered twice now from Nashua Nutrition as I couldn't find something local.

I was the "owner" of the original alternatives spreadsheet. Someone who had access deleted a bunch of information, so I shut it down for a while. It's back up, but for some reason, everyone needs to request access for it. I am perfectly willing to provide access, but I only check that email account once a day or so.

I have tried to make it available to "anyone who has the link," but it's apparently not working. If anyone has any ideas, please PM me.
