Default Pumpkin Tarts (Mini Pumpkin Pies)

I found this recipe and felt I had to share it. I couldn't believe how low points they were, pastry and all! 3 PP each!

For the pastry, I use No Name Sweetened tart shells, they come in packs of 30. (My apologies, I'm not sure what the american equivalent might be) The bummer is, my mix made about 16 tarts.

Pumpking mix:
1 cup pumpkin puree
3/4 cup of sugar (I used brown but take your pick)
3/4 cup of milk
2 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp ground cloves

You can play around with the spices too. I usually add a pinch of ground ginger too, however I didn't with these. Some people prefer to use the premixed pumpkin pie spice as well which would work too, you would just have to fiddle with the ratio.

Enjoy!
