I am the mother of three little girls. Oldest 8 and youngest 4. I struggle with my post baby weight. Any suggestions other mothers here can give me?

Keep your goals realistic
Don't crash diet
Monitor your calorie intake
Eat foods high in fiber
Stock up on healthy proteins
Keep healthy snacks handy
Avoid added sugar and refined carbs

Hello, I am a mother of a little girl of 4 years I had trouble to lose even today I am currently at 98 kilos I lost 8 kilos in 2 months thanks to a genial method I did not believe it at the beginning then I saw that the results you follow what diet you?
