I too have struggled with my weight ALL my life - I have always had and probably will large legs.
I fought hard as a 17 year old to loose weight to make the max cut off to get into the Navy - I did with nothing to spare. I gain weight in the Navy - mostly muslce - BUT I got pregnant - gained WAYY to much - didn;t loose much - Then my 2nd and 3rd pregnancy came with weight gain and misscarriages - well that weight was stuck - I was depressed and didn't care since I had lost 2 babies. I was considered to be a habitual aborter and my first child was "luck" I was scheduled for surgery and BAM -pregnant - on bed rest at first so I wouldn't loose this one - He stayed around. Then a surprise -pregnant again - after trying so hard between the misscarriages and my 2nd child - we were shocked - She came along with weight - I lost some weight but never got back to my pregancy weight (of any child). I have tried all the weight loss programs - scams and non scams. Weight Watchers has been the only thing that worked. I started last July 11 and lost 56 lbs. I have maintained for almost 6 weeks now. I feel so much better and feel so much better. I weigh less now than I did when I got pregnant with my 1st child - Yes I said 1st (and that was 18 years ago (almost))!! I dont ever remember buying clothes this size (in school I jumped from kids sizes to size 10 and 12)
I recently went out of state to visit relatives and they were amazed - really pumped up my ambitions to keep it off this time. Making good choices is 2nd nature now - visiting the family they had snack cakes and junk food - I just didn't want them - I went to the store and bought fruit - and they started eating the fruit by the end of the week!! Maybe I rubbed off some to them

Thanks for all the inspiring stories. It keeps me modivated
