I Did It :)
So for most of my life, I've been obese. And let's not kid ourselves, morbidly obese. I was tired: physically, emotionally. I was unhappy with my appearance and hated being fat.
So this January I started my weight loss journey at 256.4 pounds, a size 24, and 'women's' size shirts. Today I weighed in 145 pounds. I reached my goal! :carrot: Now I'm a size 12, and can wear most things off the rack. Yay! |

I wouldn't worry about that comment. The goal everyone strives for is balance. Not having chocolate cake the rest of your life is not really realistic. The goal is to balance it with the fruits and veggies that give your body fuel. Congrats on your huge accomplishment. That commentor also says exercise makes you hungry and to avoid it. Which it does but it also speeds up your metabolism. If you can combine that with nutrient dense low cal foods that we were meant to eat I don't foresee a problem. Be proud of yourself!
