If u don't mind me asking, what brand of whole wheat wrap do you use? I haven't found any that I really like yet.
These days I'm eating Smart and Delicious tortillas with my wraps. Pretty good, 100 cals and 13 g fiber. I add in turkey, lettuce, onion, and honey mustard.
Currently, every day I eat:
an apple, a pear, Greek yogurt, a veggie salad with balsamic, 1-2 hard boiled eggs, a cheese stick, a turkey wrap, a plain sweet potato, and a luna bar. That's my basic menu most days and i love it! I eat the vast majority of my cals in the morning, and I don't keep any snacks or junk in my apt. I only drink black coffee or sparkling water, and I consume alcohol about 2-3 times a month.
I walk 3-5 miles a day
You can do this! Believe in yourself.
One morning, when I was 190 lbs, I looked in the mirror and said: "what are you doing? Look at yourself. Wake up and smell the coffee". I made the decision then and there that I was done being fat, I was over it. While losing the weight I never even felt tempted to cheat on my diet because I was so motivated, so driven to make a change. You just have to decide "ENOUGH!" and start making those changes. Stick with it!
