So I know I posted this a while ago. Since then I've spend some time in the States. I went to Zion National Park in Utah and we climbed Angels landing. It was a 3hour challenge both physically and mentally. When I was finally at the top I couldn't believe what I had just done, I never would of lasted 10 minutes 2 years ago. So I just want to share this photo, so people know that it is possible if you just keep at it. I have been slacking of since I am back in the UK but I'm determined to lose that final stone and tone up.
