@skye8080; Don't worry! And don't beat yourself up over the oreos! You need to change the way you live and what's life like without oreos? Don't be to hard on yourself. You will get depressed otherwise. You have to love who you are inside in order to look better on the outside. You deserve to look good and be healthy right? Don't diet. It's the biggest mistakes. Eat what you like. But do it in such a way that its healthy! Like I won't live off a tiny salad a day, Ill cook a small meal, eat porridge in the morning have some chocolate still! I must say not eating red meat has made such a big change. I know eat chicken and fish and have red meat like once a month. The best thing I've ever heard was; if it comes in a wrapper you're not eating it. Fresh food, cooking and portion control are the way to go. Ive learned so many amazing recipes over the past year and I'd rather eat what I make then go to Mac Donalds or sit in and eat 2 bags of crisps. Fresh food is expensive, but for me giving up smoking gave me more money to spend. I make a lot of shrimp/prawn dishes.. there is hardly any calories. Just be careful with sauces.. like mayo.. you really don't need it, herbs can make things so much spicier. Enjoy food in a whole new way by staying away from anything processed. Exercise 3 times a week... and eat when you do. Your body wants to build up in muscle. Go walking, swimming, jogging, cycling, climb the stairs at home.. make sure you are active for at least 30min every day.
