Thank you ladies. You know, I have found that the battle is not "over" when you hit goal. I gained almost 10 pounds the week my son deployed, but I got right back on it and I am down to goal again. I refuse to be "fat" again! I refuse to be one of the statistics that were not able to keep it off. Yes, I splurge, yes I eat more than I should sometimes, but I know when (it took me until I was age 36 to figure it out) to get right back with the program and not let 10 turn into oh well, might as well keep going...... I am NOT perfect. I still struggle with food..... but I will NOT give up!
