Well friends, in the last year after reaching goal, the question I kept asking myself was whether or not I would be able to maintain and adjust to my new lifestyle. AND I WAS!! I have been kind of in disbelief and still questioning my ability and dedication to stay at goal. I hoped that after a year, the pressure would ease off a little, and I am proud to report that the pressure has indeed vanished. Even though it's only been a year, I still feel a great sense of accomplishment. The beginning is always the hardest. With that, I would truly love to thank all of you for the support and encouragement you all have given me. I wish I could repay you guys somehow.
In closing (but not for good!) I would like to tell each and every one of you that no matter how big or small your goal is, nothing is impossible. Keep in mind, that it doesn't happen over night. There is no magic pill, there is no wishing for it, there is no praying for it, and there is no easy way. The best way, is through focus and discipline. If I can do it, and keep it off, I know anyone who has a weight loss goal can do it too!
So one year down, the rest of my life to go!!!
