    YBB is ultra embarrassing, but it's goofy so you can just laugh at yourself. my boyfriend makes fun of me. but i look good now, so he can laugh all he wants!

    DAVID- C25k is the couch to 5k plan, you can google it - it's basically a running routine to train you from being a couch potato into running a 5k. I have only done a few days of it, and not recently, but there are a lot of people on here who do it and I"m sure there is a support/info thread on it. Good lucK!

    to answer some questions:

    It took me about a year to lose the weight... kind of. i started and stopped for a while, and then started working out more often. one day at work, one of my co-workers said that i looked thinner. i weighed myself, and i had lost 5 pounds, just from exercise. that's when i decided to overhaul my diet. once i did that, the weight came off much more quickly.

    right now i'm at about 132, and it feels fantastic! i'm also in the best shape of my life. i do Yoga Booty Ballet, lift weights, and use my elliptical machine, for a total of about 5-6 workouts a week. i've increased my calorie intake so i can continue working out that much without losing much more weight... i LOVE working out. it's such a great stress reliever!
