to answer some questions:
It took me about a year to lose the weight... kind of. i started and stopped for a while, and then started working out more often. one day at work, one of my co-workers said that i looked thinner. i weighed myself, and i had lost 5 pounds, just from exercise. that's when i decided to overhaul my diet. once i did that, the weight came off much more quickly.
right now i'm at about 132, and it feels fantastic! i'm also in the best shape of my life. i do Yoga Booty Ballet, lift weights, and use my elliptical machine, for a total of about 5-6 workouts a week. i've increased my calorie intake so i can continue working out that much without losing much more weight... i LOVE working out. it's such a great stress reliever!
