Hi Kim!
Please tell me how you have lost so much weight? I am 48 too. I just found this site! I am worried I can't get the weight off since I have gotten older.
I have been on my diet for a week and a half. I am watching my fat grams.

I'm 54 and have lost 100 lbs. (and have maintained it, which is tougher). You CAN do it at any age! Weight lifting will help tremendously plus it's great for keeping your bones strong.
