Hey everyone!
So I have just met my primary goal of losing 100#'s from 255lbs. down to 155lbs. at 5'7" with a low carb lifestyle and LOTS of cardio and weight-lifting. I have decided to make my next goal of 140#'s and will re-evaluate from there.
Wish me luck! (The after pics are of me at 165ish....I need to get some new ones =)! ) I posted in the Goal album thread, too. I am just so excited that I want to post my pics everywhere!
hi music mo - congratulations. You've done so well. I, too, have lost 100 . pounds. I am also 5-7. I would like to be 145 to 150 - but am stuck at 165 and have been for some time now. Any advice on how you've come so far and so close to your goal would be appreciated.

Hi Melissa,
What does you exercise routine look like? I finally decided to increase my workout frequency to 5-6 days per week from 3-4 days. I have started increasing the weights I lift when weight training (instead of doing the same weight week after week). I do 45-60 minutes of cardio each day and then arms or legs (alternating days).

I have all these horrible before pictures from my trip to Cuba last year. I can't stand that I look so bad. When ever I look at them I can only think how fat I was, it overshadow all my memories of the vacation.
