    Wow! It is amazing to see how much a difference going from 166 to 140 makes! Your workouts and diet sound GREAT and certainly did the trick! You will be so happy to get the weight off when you are young. At 55 I am finding the weight loss a tough go, and I am sorry that I spent so many of my younger years...FAT! Way to go, Cassandra! You look wonderful, and I KNOW you must FEEL wonderful, too!
