found this great marinade on the back of the chicken bag:

1/2 cup reduced salt soy
1/4 cup lemon or lime juice
2 cloves garlic smashed
1 tsp dry mustard
some ground black pepper

i normally marinate the whole bag of
skinless breasts with this recipe.
