Fat Grams

  • I'm counting calories, but I want to also know how many fat grams do you aim stay between? What is your average?
  • You'll get lots of different answers for this one! I like to stay under 20% of calories. I say I like because I don't always manage. Today that is 39 gms. Yesterday was only 26 gms.

    I can't ever seem to get it below the 30 grams I set for myself. calories are okay. Carbs seem really high considering many are low carb. Personally I don't subscribe to REALLY low or no carbs, but I don't want too many either. Have no idea on proteins.
  • Just look at the things you're eating and watch what has fat in it. Look to other foods you like and see what changes you can make. A lot of this is trail and error.
    And keep asking questions that's another way we learn.
